COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH 2 emphasizes the skills required at the workplace to describe products or services as well as processes or procedures. This course will also enable students to make and reply to enquiries and complaints.
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
CLO1: Describe a product or service effectively by highlighting its feature and characteristics that appeal to a specific audience. (A2, CLS 3C).
CLO2: Describe processes, procedures and instructions clearly by highlighting information or concern. (A3, CLS 3B)
CLO3: Demonstrate effective communication and social skills in handling enquiries and complaints amicably and professionally. (A3, CLS 3C)
