BUILDING SERVICES 1 course introduces to technical services in building that emphasize on the ancillary spaces that keep the building operates such as bathroom and restroom, including their supported facilities such as water supply system, rainwater harvesting system, sanitary drainage system and wastewater disposal system. This course will equip the students with the ability to analyze issues in technical services of the building and apply the knowledge into their design course.
