BUILDING SERVICES 2 course introduces to technical services in building that emphasize on ancillary spaces that keep the building operates such as mechanical and electrical rooms/ area, including their supported facilities such as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, fire protection system, electrical supply system and building transportation system. This course will equip the students with the ability to analyze issues in technical services of the building and apply the knowledge into their design course.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION course offers basic knowledge of fundamental building construction. The emphasis of the module is on programs that may expand a student’s skills in-term of building materials, building systems and construction methods.
